Returns & Exchanges

Returns & exchanges are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, without having been used or worn and in their original packaging, together with the retail receipt or invoice.

E-mail us at informing us about your request and will be given to you further instructions on how to proceed.

We will not issue refunds for products we receive without prior notice.

You have 14 days from item delivery to ship this item back to the seller.

We can only exchange items for the same or higher price. If you want to exchange an item for a lower priced value a store credit will be given to you to use on a future order. Store credits cannot be passed to other people and are valid for one year. If you want to exchange your purchase please first send us an email at note that all shipping costs are your responsibility.

If you are sending an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

In the case of reshipping products, the shipping costs are €3 within Greece and €5 for anywhere else, regardless of the value of the products.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
• Sale items.
• Custom orders.

In the rare event that you receive a defective, worn or different product from what you ordered, please contact us immediately to arrange a free return and replacement or refund.

If your refund is approved, your refund will be completed within 15 days from the date we receive it.
In the case of replacement, preparation and shipping times apply as stated in the shipping policies.
